Weight= 96 kg 600 gr or 213 lbs 
Height= 184 cm   or  6 feet 1 inch  
Diet for 3 month  from A to Z without  problems to your health.

Aim to lose 12 kg in 3 months  or   26 pounds in 3 months.

I will eat no more than 1,700 calories everyday for 3 months.

I will eat 5 times a day. And drink 2 liters of water.
